Building Manager

At the direction of the Owners Corporation and the Developer, a Resident Building Manager has been appointed to ensure the smooth operation of the building and the facilities management.

The Building Manager’s office is located on the ground floor at the rear of the Concierge desk. He can be contacted directly by phone or email.

The Building Manager is on duty between the hours of 7am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, although is available for emergencies 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and can also be contacted via the Concierge should the need arise. In the Building Manager’s absence, all enquiries should be directed to the Concierge who will arrange the appropriate response.
